Proposals are considered semi-annually in the spring and fall. If the application deadline falls on a weekend, then the applications are due by 5 p.m. ET on the Friday immediately preceding the deadline.

Preliminary application deadline: March 1; September 15

The Trustees and their Advisors will review the preliminary applications and decide which applicants will be invited to submit final applications. Each applicant will typically be informed of the Trustees’ decision by mid-March for the spring round and mid-October for the fall round.

Final application deadline (by invitation only): April 5; October 31

Those invited by email to submit a final application must complete an online form and deliver paper copies of the application materials – both must be received by 5 p.m. on the date provided above.
